We need to slash fossil fuel use sharply and quickly or suffer the consequences. Whether or not you call this extreme is irrelevant. It’s chemistry and does not compromise.

We were warned by climate scientists 35 years ago. We could have begun to do something seriously THEN. Had we done so, we would have had less serious problems today.

We chose to expand fossil fuel production and use. Our leaders in business and politics chose posturing and lies instead of dealing with reality.

Now, we are here and don’t have so many choices.
