We need to stop wasting our time trying to convince people. We need to rally the people we have to action.

There are more than a billion people who understand that the climate is collapsing NOW, that leaders in government and business everywhere have failed catastrophically, that there is NO plan and NO transition to clean energy taking place. Fossil fuel use and C02 emissions are at record levels and still increasing.

Pledges to do something by 2030, or 2050, or 2100 are a cruel joke.

It's obvious to 1 billion+ people that, if we leave things to current systems and leaders, we and especially our children are doomed. What the authorities are doing everywhere—in the United States, China, Russia, the EU, Australia—is literally insane. They are intentionally destroying the planet we all live on—for personal profit and power. Yes, that is insane.

But the billion+ people understand what is happening. The problem is, they feel alone and powerless. They tried voting. They tried protesting. Nothing works.

The feel despair. Most feel alone and have given up.

BUT THEY ARE NOT ALONE. A movement is emerging, dedicated to using the proven strategies of Gandhi and King, to end the insanity. The group is called The Saners and they (okay, "we"—I'm one!) have a single demand:

We demand an immediate worldwide emergency program, led by climate scientists, to end fossil fuels, end climate abuse and repair our planet.
