Well, we could lower the birth rate. Sensible people are already recognizing that bringing more people into the world at this time isn’t a great idea. And sadly, the damage already done to our planet may very well increase the death rate.

But those are just my quick thoughts. The more accurate response is—I don’t know what to do. But it all should be part of a comprehensive plan.
