Well, yeah the system itself is a complete failure and we should not put up with it. Our system and indeed the systems in Brazil, China, India, Russia, most of Western Europe and pretty much every industrial power have consistently failed—for decades—to do anything meaningful to prevent climate collapse.
In fact, they have accelerated the crisis.
WE need to speak out, demand the resignation of all of these governments, and we must put young people—especially young climate activists—in charge.
It's THEIR planets the old fossilized leaders are destroying with their fossil fuels and personal greed for power and wealth. The young won't piss in their own pool, like their elders are doing.
We CAN do this. Let's make sure we do.
