What about standing? The law requires a person filing a lawsuit to outline the personal harm the plaintiff has suffered, demonstrate that the defendant has caused that harm, and specify what the court is being requested to do about it. But in these cases, the plaintiff has suffered no personal harm from the defendant.

There is NO case. The fact that we are waiting to see what happens shows that there is no law, only what people can get away with.
