Yes. Well, playing it as it lays—today—I think the Israeli government should unilaterally withdraw from all the territories, welcome Palestinian statehood and treat everyone—including but not limited to Palestinians, with genuine respect.

But since the Israeli government won’t do this, I think well-meaning people throughout the region should engage in a coordinated series of actions to achieve that result based on nonviolent noncooperation.

Essentially, shut everything down until all the cruelty is ended because people won’t put up with it.

My personal crusade isn’t focused on any individual group, region or country. I’m with The Saners—and our objective is to prevent climate collapse and create a humane and caring civilization worldwide.

People underestimate nonviolent noncooperation because people think it’s passive.

It’s not. Ask the Shah, ask Ceaușescu. Ask the British and Soviet empires.
