You know, focusing on economics when we are facing an existential crisis is insane. Also, I notice nobody worried about how we'd pay for the Manhattan Project or D-Day. When it's war and killing people, money is no object.
But for some reason, we see people wringing their hands over how we can afford how to keep the planet habitable for our children, so they won't need to struggle for survival on a post-apocalyptic hellhole.
I think that kind of thinking is literally insane. And those of us who understand this, and are committed to protecting Life and Nature—and not quarterly profits—are determined to prevent climate collapse. At any cost.
