what YOU can and must do to save the Earth and your children from climate abuse
Ordinary people like me — and probably you — tend to react to events and perhaps listen to like-minded “thought-leaders.” It’s what we do. Most of us, whatever our ideology or cause, act as amplifiers for people in positions of power and influence.
We can’t afford to keep doing that. The people in positions of power and influence are literally destroying the habitability of the Earth — and destroying the lives of your children and grandchildren. You must NEVER forget this. You must do your part — however small — to stop them.
For forty years or more, we’ve had warnings from scientists that continued use of fossil fuels would have deadly consequences. We are seeing those consequences clearly today: killer storms, wildfires and heatwaves — of unprecedented frequency and severity, often in places where they’ve never been seen before. For forty years, “leaders” have failed to do anything meaningful to stop this crisis. In fact, they’ve worked hard (and “successfully”) to accelerate it — for personal profit.
Our attention is always redirected to other subjects, big or small. It doesn’t seem to matter. The lack of action on this crisis is always forgotten or excused or accepted. There is always an excuse. Most often, climate abuse…
